fire

FIRE is the rapid oxidation of a material in the chemical process of combustion, releasing heat, light and various reaction products.

The meaning of the word fire as part of my project is the state of combustion in which inflammable material burns, producing flames, heat and often smoke.

The flame is the visible portion of the fire and consists of glowing hot gases. If hot enough, the gases may become explosive resulting in the phrase exploding into flames. Depending on the substances alight, and any impurities outside, the colour of the flame and the fire's intensity will be different.
